With a tight market inventory in Pinellas, Business seems to be booming in both Pasco and Hillsborough Counties with a 6% increase in new listings in Pasco since last year, and an average 30% increase in sold listings in both Counties. Hillsborough leads the way with the number of single family residential units year-to-date at 7,680 sold. Overall, Tampa Bay sellers are receiving on average 97% of their asking price, showing a high demand for housing. All three Counties have a median days-to-contract of less than thirty days.
