Christie “Cara” Bendeck P.A.

As a Broker Associate and Realtor® specializing in residential sales and marketing, I believe in providing exceptional service to Buyers and Sellers, paying attention to the details of each sale or purchase.  Providing current, up-to-date market trends and information is key to all transactions and I believe firmly in providing this to every buyer and seller I represent.  Buyers and sellers need to be able to make the most informed decisions possible, and I can provide the solid information necessary for a smooth transaction.  My job is to ensure a positive, stress-less memory of selling or buying a home in an efficient manner providing knowledge and skill utilizing the latest, secure technology and connecting clients with the services and products they need in every step of the way.

I began working in residential real estate in 1996 after graduating from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee with a degree in Marketing, then continuing my education with a Masters in Business Administration and successfully completing and passing the Florida broker’s licensing requirements.  I reside in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida with my husband and three children, enjoying the beauty of our local communities.  Every seller and buyer I serve is a marvelous opportunity to share my knowledge and form lasting friendships for years to come.

Cara contacted me because I had our home up for sale by owner. It was the 2nd time we'd tried to sell "by owner," and had had minimal activity. I was not open to listing with a realtor, but something in Cara's voice just sounded "right." We did list with Cara and her for sale sign went up on May 7, 2015. On June 3, 2015, we had a signed contract to purchase our home. The buyer bought the home in a cash deal. It was a quick and painless closing, mainly due to Cara's knowledge and coaching us as the sellers through the process. Can't recommend Cara Bendeck highly enough.
