March 2018 statistics are reflecting the recent trend of tight inventory and a high demand for affordable housing.  The most sought after housing price is between $200,000 and $300,000 for single family homes overall with sellers receiving about 97% of their asking price.  Prices are continuing a steady rise year over year in all three counties.  Click on the photos below for a more detailed view.
