The new year is here and the Tampa Bay real estate market is off to a great start.  The average home price is up in all three counties since January 2017.  Pinellas County when compared to this time last year shows a 21% increase in average home price, Pasco County has a 10% increase, and Hillsborough County has a 13% increase.  New listings are increasing across all three counties now that the holiday season is over, meaning the Spring selling and buying season will soon be here and a stir of activity in the market.
