It’s been four years and BIG changes have happened in our market.  In Pinellas County, the average price for a single family home as gone up almost 40%!!!  With fewer homes for sale and the supply of inventory dropping by two months, there’s a demand for housing and buyers are paying more.  This market will be interesting to watch in the coming year!
