Looking for your next home and wonder where to look?  According to Michael Corbett, a real estate expert, watch for two things:  reduced crime and new businesses coming in to the area.  One major indicator to watch for is a Starbucks coming into a neighborhood or community.  Why Starbucks?  Starbucks does massive research to find where the trends are going and what is up and coming.  What an interesting theory, and one I’ll certainly find useful.  After all, I just love coffee!
