FHA has announced that they are raising the loan limits in 2018.  This is great news for home buyers who have been faced with higher home prices in recent years and who want to take advantage of FHA’s 3.5% minimum down payment requirement.  In Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties, the loan limit on a single family home has increased about $20,000 to $294,515 meaning that buyers can shop for a home priced at $305,197.  For more information, go to FHA’s website by clicking here.
