Interesting changes for the month of September!  Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties showed significant changes in new listings with a 35-39% drop in new listings this past month and huge drops from last year.  In fact, the number of sold listings has dropped dramatically as well.  We’ll have to keep an eye on this since the lack of listings will drive prices higher in the coming months.  Stay tuned to see what happens in October.
